At Geneva Watch, we want you to be completely satisfied with your timepiece. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and visit the order history page to select the item you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Secure Packaging

  Place the watch in its original presentation box with all manuals, warranty cards, and protective films intact to ensure it arrives in resalable condition.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it securely to the outside of your shipping carton, ensuring no old labels are visible.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to an authorized courier and keep your receipt; once received at our workshop, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
